Information regarding orders, payments and regulations for Scandinavia and Europe.

How to do your shopping
All yarns and accessories are assorted under their own brands.
First choose the supplier in the menu on the left  then the quality, colour and quantity. Put  the chosen items in the basket.
When you are done shopping  proceed to check out on the very right, upper corner. Here you can sign up as a customer, log in as a customer  or shop without logging in.
At check out you give your address, e-mail, phone number, type of preferred delivery and payment as well as accepting the conditions for your purchase. You may also leave a message for Textera here.
Finally, confirm your order.
On this page you also have the option to review and make changes to your order. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation of it with an attached e-mail address.
The merchandise will be sent to you within two days of received payment.

SALES POLICY

1. Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent to you and to the e- mail address you have provided. We recommend that you save all contact information for future contact with us. The customer is responsible for the contact information given to us.

2. Sales to minors.
Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to shop in the web shop.

3. Delivery time
Your delivery will be sent to you at the latest two days after received payment. Delivery time is dependent on the country where the package is sent to. If an article is temporarily out of stock, delivery time might be longer and you will be notified if this occurs.

4. Delivery charge
Delivery charge within Scandinavia and Europeis due to postage rates according to Posten the Swedish mail and weight.  All packages are sent as letters and 1st class international mail. For packages of over 2 chilos please contact Textera for exact price charge.

5. Payment methods
Textera offers the following payment alternatives

  • By credit cards Visa or Mastercard
  • Advanced payment to Plusgiro 543065-7 or BG 493-9039. Mark your payment with either name or ordernumber.
  • Paypal Express - 15 SEK surcharge.

Provide your order number, e-mail address or your name address, and telephone number with advanced payments.Customers outside Sweden who wish to order with advanced payment must provide a proper IBAN-number and BIC of payment.  See point 7.

 6. Secure payments
When paying by Visa or Mastercard your total of purchase will be charged onto your credit card or bank account. In order to make your card payment as secure as possible, all information is sent crypted through  SSL. This means that the information goes through a safe connection and that your card information cannot be received or read by a third party. We work together with an authorized service provider which makes sure that your card is approved. (www.dibs.se) Textera uses 3D Secure for its payments. 3D Secure is a technical security standard developed by Visa and Mastercard to allow the bank or credit card company to verify the identity of the card member during internet purchases. To increase the confidentiality, the customer will provide the CVC-code (Mastercard) or CVV-code(Visa) which is imprinted  on the back of the credit card in the signature field.

 7. Prices
All prices include 25% sales tax or VAT which is according to Swedish law and given in SEK.

 8. IBAN and BIC
You must provide Bic and IBAN with advanced payment from countries outside Sweden.

 9. Return policy.
As a customer you have according to the law of contract, the right to return your merchandise within and at the latest, 14 days after delivery. Returned merchandise must be undamaged, not used and still in the original package. Return the merchandise with the invoice for your purchase or a copu of it. You are responsible for the cost of the return. On the invoice please mark down “ right to return”. Mechandise cannot be returned by making an advanced payment or cash on delivery.

 10. Claims or damaged goods
In case you should receive damaged, defective or the wrong orderTextera will exchange this and free of charge. You must notify us at the latest 14 days after you have received your order. Contacts Textera in order to have the claim approved and return delivery paid.

 11. Reservations
Textera reserves the right to no liability against: items out of stock, misprints and cost increase. Colours  may vary depending on computer screen, colour settings of computer so colours re-produced on our web-site are beyond our control. If you are insecure about a colour, please contact us for a sample.

 12. Confidentiality
By giving your information to Textera, you allow Textera to register your information.  This information is only used to process deliveries to you and send you newsletters if you have requested that. Textera does not give out personal information or mail addresses to others.

 13. Dispute
Legal disputes with grounds to the above mentioned issues will be settled in a Swedish court.

All textiles are our own, designed and handwoven in our studio. We only use natural materials for these items and every item is produced on a small scale or even unique. To make handcraft is a lifestyle but also an expression for the future. Quality holds, quality is worth while.
